Guests are requested to read and understand the cancellation, reschedule & refund and other policies applicable before making the booking.

General Policy:

• We kindly request that couples under the age of 18 not be accommodated.
• To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly ask that guests carry an official ID card (such as an Aadhar Card) with them.
• We kindly ask guests to adhere to the schedule for food and activities provided. Although the management will strive to accommodate any changes, we cannot guarantee any alterations.In consideration of all guests, we kindly ask that the music system be turned off after 12 am.
• While we do our best to provide a safe and secure environment, guests are responsible for their own belongings. We kindly ask that guests take necessary precautions to prevent any loss or damage.

Cancellation Policy:

• The Guest is entitled to a refund of full amount of the booking, if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 4 days before the Date of Check-In (before 4:30 PM) as per the refund policy.
• A Guest is entitled to a refund of 85% of the total amount, if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 3 days before the Date of Check-In (before 3 PM).
• A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount, if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 2 days before the Date of Check-In (before 3 PM).
• A Guest is entitled to a refund of 25% of the total amount, if he/she cancels the confirmed booking, before 3 PM, one day before the Date of Check-In as per the refund policy. No refund will be given for the booking which is cancelled after 3PM one day before the check-in date.

Cancellation by The Nirwana Stays:

• 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled by The Nirwana Stays.

Reschedule Policy

• The Nirwana Satys allows reschedule of the booking only upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
• The Nirwana Satys charges a 30% rescheduling charge.
• If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is being rescheduled to, is higher than the tariffs of the original booking, the difference is payable by the guest and rescheduling charges. Rescheduling charges is applicable every time the booking is being scheduled.

Refund Policy

• All the refunds will be deposited in the bank account which takes upto 8-10 days from the date of cancellation.
